This transmitter is designed to be used with any RKI controller system or your own computerized system. The transmitter utilizes a built in sample pump and high temperature pyrolyzer to get the gas sample to the sensor. Once the compound has been broken down by the pyrolyzer, the ionization detector (used for TEOS) or electrochemical sensor (used for NF3) detects the resulting gas concentration. Ionization detection method offers a long life sensor and a virtually organic solvent free response. The transmitter provides a direct 4-20 mA output signal to be used with your computerized control systems.

Accepts any 4-20 mA transmitter (24VDC, 2 or 3 wire). A wide variety of RKI/Riken sensors are available with 4-20 mA signals. (See list of detectable gases.)
Wiring distances up to 5000 feet.
Diffusion and sample draw heads available.
4 relays - 12 amp rating (at 115VAC), SPDT isolated contacts. 3 relays for gas alarm levels 1 relay for malfunction
Relays fully programmable for: increasing or decreasing alarm, latching or self reset, normally energized or normally de-energized, time delay for alarm on and alarm off.
Signal output, 4-20 mA (into 500 ohms impedance maximum).
24 VDC output provided to operate sample drawing adapters or other accessories.
Alphanumeric display with back-lighting. 16 characters per line; 2 lines.
Built-in audible alarm, 94 dB, mounted on enclosure.
5 visual alarm LED s on the front cover for status indication, pilot, and malfunction.

4 internal push buttons for setup, programming, and calibration. 1 external push button for alarm reset.
