* Custom water-to-water chiller with 80KW capacity at under 10C TD for desired implanter process temperature.
* Standard Disk Chiller without bonnet, housed in lower level.
* SS DI loop. DI pump to deliver 25 gpm at 75 psi at 50 HZ.
* Flow meter in facility supply only. Flow switches in DI loops. New valve in facility supply to allow regulation of flow to ULE HX.
* PLC with inputs, outputs,and readouts per previous design. Controller for disk chiller relocated to main electrical box.
* Digital DI meter with viewing through lancing on side panel.
