This is a Sweepster Broom, it has a mount for a Grasshopper attachment, it is a front mount shaft drive rotary broom. Broom looks to be never used 95% there, in good condition. If you turn the driveshaft the brush turns, this is a workable unit, the only thing I see possibly wrong with it is that there looks to be a bracket missing for the raise and lower and looks like the up-down is an electric cylinder but I have no way of testing it.
