This BUNN Specialty drink machine dispenses from two large 3.5 gallon hoppers producing consistently perfect frozen drinks.
These work for drinks, like pina coladas & strawberry daquiris, with alcohol content. As the alcohol content increases, the temperature drops below freezing. The motion sensor counts revolutions of the auger. As the product thickens, the auger slows down and the machine turns off the refrigeration.
