The 1723 Middle Ear Analyzer is an automatic electro-acoustic instrument with a built in recorder, designed primarily to be used in a clinical setting. The 1723 reduces equipment requirements for middle ear testing by combining complete test capabilities in one instrument. This devices allows physicians and audiologists to perform manual or automatic tympanometry, acoustic reflex measurements, and eustachian-tube function testing of patients with intact and perforated ear drums. The tympanometric and reflex measurement results are presented in equivalent ml of compliance.
