The Class 86, 150- watt, triple output switching mode power supply generates the regulated output voltages listed above from an unregulated AC line input voltage of either 115VAC or 230VAC. The power supply employs pulse width modulation to regulate the DC output of a 50kHz power converter. Electronic circuits monitor DC output voltage #1 and power converter input current, and shut down the power supply under abnormal conditions. Auxiliary switching mode regulators regulate output #2 and #3. The nominal output voltage and maximum load current of output #1 are adjustable. Remote shutdown and remote sensing inputs provide maximum flexibility of application.
