It's easy to add your favorite seasonings to meats with this ALL STAINLESS STEEL hand-operated meat mixer. The paddle operation does virtually all the work! The mixer has a 4.2 gallon tank capacity and working capability of up to 20 pounds of mixture. A removable paddle and stainless steel construction make for easy cleaning and durability. This MIXER measures 21" long x 9" wide x 12.5" high and weighs 17 pounds. Works great for mixing wild game sausage, hamburger, and other meat products. Also this mixer DOES come with a lid.
