The Wavetek 178 50 MHz Programmable Waveform Synthesizer is a bench top or ATE programmable instrument that combines the precision of an 8 digit, 50MHz synthesizer with function, signal and sweeper versatility. In addition to sine and square wave to 50MHz, the unit includes the popular triangle, ramps and haverwaves.
Multifunction sweep synthesizer that can operate as a trigger, gate or burst generator.
Frequency range of 1 Hz to 50MHz.
Operational modes Triggered, Gated, Triggered Haverwave, Gated Haverwave, Triggered Burst, Triggered Haverwave Burst and Frequency Sweep.
Output is 20 V p-p maximum into a 50-ohm load.
