SQUARE D MODEL # QOT1520 TANDEM SINGLE POLE CIRCUIT BREAKER. The breaker ratings are 15 amps and 20 amps. This breaker is used to connect 2 120 volt circuits in the same space in the panel that would usually be tacken up by a single breaker. It is used where space is limited for breaker mounting, The minimum wire size is 14 and the maximum wire size is 8. I am a semi retired HVAC contractor who is selling off his remaining inventory.
