K73-16 are Russian PETP capacitors designed for military applications. The capacitors are NOS, this particular lot came from Russian military surplus. Paint color may sometimes differ from that you see in the picture above. Rhombic sign on the capacitor body near name means they are made for military and passed a very strict QC.
