We do not really have a working knowledge of this item, so our testing was extremely limited. We did plug the unit in to power, and proceeded to turn it on. Immediately, the unit began to blow air in the chamber. Also, the small LED screen came on saying, "CITP **". We don't know what this means, or if it is correct, but it does show that the display works. We went through an arbitrarily pressed all the buttons on the pad, and they all gave a response (though mostly they just beeped when pressed, some did cause an effect on the display). We cannot test any further because of a lack of hydrogen supply, and because we just aren't qualified.
