* Chef Base top is made of one piece heavy-duty, 18 gauge, reinforced stainless steel drip guard. True's drip resistant "V" edge protects against spills.
* Top is insulated to eliminate heat transfer to interior of cabinet.
* 4" diameter casters standard equipment.
* Foamed-in-place high density polyurethane insulation (CFC free).
* Supports up to 717 lbs. of equipment.
* Exterior mounted digital temperature monitor.
* Features recessed handles.
* Drawer fronts are stainless steel.
* One, heavy gauge, removable, stainless steel pan divider per drawer.
