NO DAMAGE TO THE TIP.Picture of the actual item. Eye piece and light post in Very good cosmetic condition. SCOPE HAS ONE DING [2x7mm at surface not deep at all] MIDWAY SHAFT DOWN SIDE BUT DOES NOT AFFECT IMAGE.
AS YOU LOOK THROUGH THE EYEPIECE WITH OPEN EYE IMAGE IS CRYSTAL CLEAR WITH ONE dark spot (looks like dirt) 1mmx1mm spot right on the Image circle edge at the X axis Crossing with circular edge (deliminataion of quadrant 3 and 4)
