Looks like it is brand new. Can't say for certain, we got it from a local test lab that closed down.
The bottom is an unfinished surface & it has written on it "G-047-2"
We are pretty sure that this comes from the Coherent Laser Optic Family.
This really is a beautiful triangular shaped Laser optic Prism.
We really don't know too much about this item.
