Spot welder, is a kind of mechanical that used for the dentistry to remedy and repair the welding of stainless steel wire. It can also be used to heat and former the orthodontic materials. The object of the weld and heat is stainless steel wire of the thickness 0.2-1.8mm.
The left side of front-panel has control panel, and it has top electrode arm in the middle of the front-panel, bottom
electrode arm links with welding press pad, right side of front-panel has heat treatment clamp-holder device.
Back of the machine has power switch, fuse holder and foot switch. Foot switch and control panel are parallel
connection, it used to start and stop welding, braze welding and heat treatment.
Control panel has mode select button to exchange between welding, braze welding, and heat treatment, and it has
state code: dxx means spot welding, q_x means braze welding, h_x means heat treatment. For the working power, it
has increasing button and decreasing button for choose.
The top electrode arm have four electrodes, can be rotated to choose the suitable electrode, the bottom electrode
arm also have four electrodes, it can be rotated to choose the suitable electrode, so that make up of different sets
