Condition ............ New old stock. The tip of the drill is 11/16" and it drills for a depth of about 11/16" then it steps up to 13/16" with approx. a 120 degree included angle step, very similar to a countersink cutter.
Cemented or brazed tip non coolant feeding
This is not an actual photo but it is pretty much 100% identical to the one in the photo BUT THIS ONE IS TIN COATED. I have had a few of them in the past that were pretty much all the same so I have used this same photo for each one.
