Each is in it's own sealed plastic bag, keeping it clean and dry until used.
These terminals are RKK 30 for 3/0 MCM Aluminum Wire. The butt splice connectors are pre-filled with compound, with plastic caps in place to keep dirt and moisture out.

The dies to crimp this connector are; UT- 3M HTU 36 5/8 die UT-3 5/8 GOLD DIE
The connector measures 4 1/4" long, and the Flood Seal boot measures 7 3/16"
