Custom hand made Barbeque Pit. This pit was used in the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Cook-off in 1999. It won 1st place in Best of Show and was shown on TV eight times live broadcast to promote the cook-off. It is mounted on a 20ft tandem axel trailer with aluminum diamond plate floor. The pistol is 6 ft tall and 15 ft long, polished stainless steel grips and barrel. The handle is 2 inches thick with 1300 degree ceramic insulation. Very fuel efficient! When cooking it uses only 1 split piece of wood an hour. It will hold about 8 briskets depending on size of brisket or if cooking ribs it will hold about 15 racks of ribs. This pit can be pulled with any vehicle with ease and has been used in many private cooking events and Grand Openings of different types of businesses.
