MIDACO Auto Door Model ADS1824 includes:
Single Automatic Door Unit for door opening 18 to 24
1 - Open/Close/Reset control button unit
1 - Door Safety Sensing Edge unit
1 - Interface cable and auto door wiring schematic
1.) Push button operator station for Open Door and for Close Door
2.) Reset button to recover from E-Stop.
3.) Safety strip on door to quick exhaust air if any obstruction is encountered during door closure.
4.) After an E-Stop, a soft start valve slowly returns air to the door system. This prevents any rapid door movement upon recovery.
*5.) Door open command from push button will not function if spindle is running.
*1.) M-function from parent machine commands Door Open.
*2.) Opener sends confirmation signal when door reaches full open condition.
*3.) M-function from parent machine commands Door Close.
*4.) Opener sends confirmation signal when door reaches closed state.
*5.) Open Door commands are ignored if spindle is running.
6.) Terminals for all of the above are provided and labeled in the control panel.
7.) An E-Stop push button is not supplied, but terminals are provided if the machine E-Stops are to be wired in.
