In the unlikely event a product we sell arrives to you faulty you can return it for an exchange or refund, exchanges will only be offered if we have an identical item to send to you. We will refund costs including:
* The initial postage and packaging costs
We do not refund return postage costs.
We try to refund as quickly as possible but in the event of a lost item we are restricted to the time a courier makes us wait until they consider it lost.
In the case of Royal Mail this is 15 working days for UK Mail and 20 working days for International Mail.
