This patent application report of Scientific American - is made to R. M. and S. W. Draper of Boxborough, Mass., * w Engraving. Invention pictured " as granted by U. S. Government. The annexed figures represent an improved machinery for dressing mill stones and for dressing stones of any description.... There follows a discussion of the installation and advantages of this invention. This process, the inventor claims improves the function of the street cleaner. Patent application explains fully the process to satisfy patent qualifications and requirements. The page is 10 3/4 by 15 1/2. Great engraving.
