16 crawfish cooking trailer. Ready to cook just add crawfish. It is capable of cooking approximately 700 lbs. per lift.
16 double axle trailer. Constructed with 6 channel and heavy duty metal grating deck.
Roof supports constructed of 2 square tubing with I beam running the length of the trailer for basket placement.
R-panel roofing and wired with 4 - 4 long sealed fluorescent lights, plug outlet for more accessories.
3/16 stainless 4x4x2 / 240 gallon cooking vat. Heavy duty stainless steel expanded basket with hinged side dispensing door. Heated by 9 stainless propane jet burners.
Basket lifts with steel spreader bar attached to a manual chain hoist/trolley. Capable of running on I beam the whole length of the trailer. Comes with 2 - 100lb propane gas cylinders, for a total amount of 47.2 gallons. Full size spare tire.
