This is a brand new single head piston filler, simplex SVF1-55C volumetric filling machine, made of stainless steel, will be perfectly filling your containers with sauces, creams or liquids, And it has very reliable features and is very easy to use.
* Stainless steel sanitary tri-clamp connections, connection "T's", check valves and product cylinder , are ideally suited for food, pharmaceutical and specialty industries.
* Pneumatic operation is suitable for hazardous areas.
* Easy adjusting fill volume control. when you start to filling, you can screw in or out the handle stem of volume assembly in order to confirm the filling amount what you have selected prior. The filling volume will be controlled by handle stem without tools and no need to exchange any parts, if you need change the filling volume
* Cylinder size:35mm bore diameter 60mm stroke length ,stroke stop adjustable from 20 to 60mm;
* Air cylinder size: 40mm 60mm;
* Adjust Dispensing volumes: 20ml-55ml/one dose;
