Signed MCCORMICK Does have some rust and needs cleaned up. No chips- no cracks.. Good early one. Weighs 14 lbs before packing. Seat is 17 1/4" wide by 14 3/4" deep. original mounting bracket is 3" wide by 16" long to the bend. This will incur dimensional weight due to the bracket.
