The package includes one license of Flexi Starter 8.6 full version (permanent, not trial version) with USB dongle. We will provide a driver for free. Besides a serial cable, a USB-serial adapter cable with driver is also provided for you to connect the cutter to the USB port of your computer running on Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7, both 32 and 64 bit systems.
