Lot 25 stainless hydraulic pressure vent plugs, 5/8-18

These were involved in a trucking accident earlier this year, and we do not know much more about them. They were brand new in a plain corrugated box when we received them, with no part number or labels of any kind. They are composed of a non-magnetic, flat-bottom, stainless steel, socket head plug, with a small hole drilled through the bottom. A stainless rivet attaches a fluted copper disc loosely to the bottom of the plug. The rivet and the copper disc will move in and out perhaps 1/32;" presumably to keep the vent hole from becoming clogged with sludge and other debris.
Water would seep through the vent if installed outdoors with the socket facing upward. However, they should be fine if used outside in any other position except facing skyward. Air flows through them very slowly but then, you wouldn't exactly want a vent plug that lets the dogs and cats in.
Threads: 5/8-18 (diameter x threads per inch)
