Heidenhain ND221B Display+MT1201 Thickness/Height Gauge
This is a Heidenhain high-accuracy length/height measurement gauge setup. It was previously used as a thickness gauge for semiconductor wafers. Cosmetic condition is generally Good to Very Good, aside from some minor surface rust on the top and upright of the measurement platform (see photos). We powered the set on and set it to Zero, and successive up/down cycles all ended up with the same "0.0000mm" reading. Then we measured our thickness samples and the readings were very close (CDN Systems cannot guarantee calibration of this instrument). No other testing was done. NO manuals or additional accessories are included if not shown. Photos show the actual items you will receive.
