If you are on the move, we can hold your mail at the maildrop, and await your instructions. This way, when you arrive somewhere you can receive your mail safely, simply email us and we'll send it to you wherever you are.
We will normally send mail out on the day it is received. This is the preferred option as it prevents mail 'hanging around' at our office. If you prefer, we will hold your mail until you need it forwarded, but we are not a warehouse, so this service is limited to letters and small packets.
Many of our maildrop clients do prefer us to keep their mail and send it once a month to reduce postage fees on our services.

If you want, we can hold your letters until you are ready to receive them. This is especially useful if you are travelling and cannot deal with your post.
At your request, we can send a specific letter to you and hold the rest.
Or we can fax or scan and email the item to you if it is urgent. (We will only open a letter at your request, or if we cannot establish the client from the address).

You need never miss the postman or courier again!
By having signed for and courier deliveries sent to your UK maildrop service, they will be received first time. You can then have them sent to you when you know you can receive them. By courier if necessary.

By arranging your UK mail forwarding service with us you will ensure that your mail will remain private, and you can give out your new address without having to reveal where you actually live. We do not require any personal identification to set up your maildrop account.
How is my mail packaged? A: Mail is placed unopened in a jiffy bag.
Is the service really confidential? A: Yes. We will never reveal our clients' name, address or email to third parties. The exception to this would be if a client was using our service to send material prohibited in the UK, for example controlled drugs, arms, bomb making equipment etc. which we do not allow. Similarly, we do not permit or tolerate the use of our services to facilitate fraud or deception. This is one reason why we limit our service to the remailing of letters and small packets.
How often do you send out mail received? A: By default, we send mail out on the day of receipt. This ensures it is not left at our premises overnight which could compromise our clients' privacy. We will, however, hold mail at a client's request and send it all on a weekly or monthly basis.
Do you accept mail to be signed for on receipt? A: Yes - registered or recorded mail will be signed for and forwarded as normal. We can arrange to send out mail by recorded delivery if requested by the client.
Do you send or receive mail by courier? A: Receipt: Yes - we will accept items by courier. Please consider advising us if you are expecting a courier delivery so we can track the item coming to us.
We do not tolerate fraud or other criminal activities, either against us or third parties. Similarly, we will co-operate with the UK authorities if there is evidence of clients using our service for illegal purposes on production of a Court Order.
Can I have mail redirected to you by the Royal Mail (Royal Mail Redirect Service)? A: Yes you can, however... We must have an up to date address for you. Clients often use this as a way to get rid of their old 'junk mail' and ask us to hold it here. Because of the volume of junk mail some people receive, we will only hold mail received from the Royal Mail Redirect Service for a maximum of THREE MONTHS, after which further mail will be refused.
When this is exhausted we will require another 10 minimum to cover future postage costs.
