Economical single- or variable-speed mixers are excellent for mixing small samples in test tubes, centrifuge tubes, or Erlenmeyer flasks. Activated by pressing container against foam pad. Sample is mixed quickly without stir bars or rods. Maximum flask size: 100mL Supplied stirring pad holds up to five 1 in. diameter (2.54cm) tubes Fixed speed: 2800rpm Maximum liquid viscosity: 30 centipoises (in test tube), 15 centipoises (flask) Multiple samples can be mixed at the same time. This unit is operational. Has oxidation/staining on rubber stirring pad as shown in photo.
