This is the largest ion pump we have had to date. It is about 20" across and weighs about 400 pounds. The tag with the model number has gotten wiped out but it started out 914 when we first saw it. The physical characteristics match several sources of information regarding Varian Style 500 liter per second pumps.
Might be just what you need for your big ion vacuum pump application.
Condition looks good used but we are not expert on this type of unit. New price of an equivalent unit is $4500 to $6500.
