We offer a complete line of Pre Pleated Table Skirts in a full spectrum of colors to meet any need. Standard Table Skirt heights are 29" for 30" high tables and 39" for 40" counter high tables. However; we are able to make Table Skirts in any height you need up to 60".
Poly Knit is a 3.6 oz.,100% Polyester fabric and is available in a wide range of colors. Poly Knit is extremely consistent in color between dye lots. The fabrics are wrinkle resistant and shirred pleated. They are double sewn. All the fabrics are flame resistant and flame resistance certificates are included with every order.
To ensure that every Table Skirt is the same height, we slit an entire roll of fabric at one time on our computer controlled slitting machine. Next, our automatic pleating machines pleat the entire roll in one run. After pleating, we size the Table Skirt to the proper length and hem the ends before final inspection and packing. The result is a Table Skirt that is extremely consistent in pleating, height and length.
Due to their unique construction, Table Skirts are sewn with a chain stitch that allows us to sew long runs without having to change the bobbin. Because a chain stitch can unravel if the thread is broken we double sew your table skirts by placing a lock stitch directly on top of the chain stitch to prevent unraveling. This one feature alone will more than double the life of your table skirts. .

Poly Knit has been designed to provide maximum flame resistance and proper care and cleaning is required. These fabrics may be machine washed in cold water, using a mild detergent. After washing they may be dried in a clothes dryer using the air only setting and removed promptly to reduce wrinkling.
