Even though this unit has been lightly used, we have cleaned and tested every function of this fryer, operates as designed with no flaws other than minor scratches/dings typical of a used unit. The tanks and heating elements are nearly spotless, no signs of warpage due to overheating and/or using low quality frying oils. No burnt product anywhere! All fryer baskets are brand new.
