Cells are in their original sealed plastic packets , in the photo I removed 1 tube from its packing in order to take a good photo of this part.
I do not have equipment to test this tube type, these are sold subject to your testing and are guaranteed to test within normal factory tolerance for transconductance and for leakage and shorts.
Tubes are guaranteed for 30 days against defects (but not breakage, so don't smash them with a hammer!), so long as you're willing to mail back anything that doesn't work right.
