Use the software to print test patches on your favorite printer on the various papers you use, read the patches back with this device, and create custom ICC profiles precisely for your environment.

The spectrocolorimeter device is slightly worn cosmetically on the top near the logo. This, of course, in no way affects functionality.
From the looks of the current marketplace, it looks like this piece is now included with the PrintFix spectrocolorimeter to produce the ColorVision PrintFix Pro Suite. I purchased them separately.
