SPECTRA PHYSICS 7300 LASER DIODE MODULE , LASER AID LA-3740 COMPLETE RAIL -Q switched JUST OUT OF A ESI MODEL 8000C LASER TRIMMING SYSTEM. GOOD WORKING CONDITION - OPERATIONAL and Service MANUAL INCLUDED.all wire harness in tact.

The fiber optic cable is with the system
continuous wave (CW) - just turn off RF driver
RF driver provides up to 3 w of power
the up-collimator adjusting frame is attached to the end of the rail - the up collimator it self is not included.
the rail is beam aligned with the Q switch - and was laser trimming thick and thin film products.
The laser head is attached to the rail along with the Q switch, please see pics 4 & 5 showing details regarding this, nothing was detached from rail, rail base was unbolted and complete assembly removed.
