* The new look features a stainless steel front, landing ledge, high backsplash and pipe rack.
* The Imperial Chinese Gas Range is available in a host of configurations to meet varying oriental cooking requirements.
* Four types of burners are designed for specific purposes: soup fast cook-to-order dishes simmer cook rice and noodles stir fry large volumes or food boiling water or frying with oil.
* Seven size wok holes (13" - 24") may be used for preparing various volumes of food.
* The wok hole size may be matched with the burners required for the specific style of chinese cooking.
* The water cooled top and built-in drain system help control stove top temperatures.
* The knee control "L" shaped handle lets you control the gas while leaving hands free for cooking.
