Any item returned for warranty must be returned in the same condition it was received. You must return an item to us packed the same way as it was when it left our dock or your warranty is voided.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be completed and returned with the item (it will be supplied after email request).
We reserve the right to repair or replace the item or refund the purchase price at our discretion.
Failure to provide all the necessary items for us to file a claim with the carrier may also void your warranty or decrease the amount of money we are able to refund.
Claims may take 4 - 8 weeks to completely resolve.
