Commercial food slicer 7" blade electric heavy duty
Rugged, Sturdy, Heavy Duty Commercial Slicer made by General Slicing Machine Company, Walden NY, USA. Weight is approx. 30 lbs. I have had it for over 30 years used it maybe 5 times. Everything is working nicely. Original Instruction Manual and Parts List is included.
7" blade and Stainless Upper area. Painted white area looks to be cast iron. Paint has few small chips here and there.
115 Volts, 60 cycle, AC Only, 2.5 Amps, Serial #A 6788. Sealed ball bearings, belt driven, Easy turn dial for 0-35 Thickness of slicing. Enamel pan slides under unit to catch food. Has a very small chip in front and small chip in back of pan. There is an Attachment to hold food being sliced w/spikes, an attachment to sharpen the blade and two wrench attachments for loosening bolts for maintenance.
This would make a great back-up slicer for a deli/restaurant/catering business and can be moved eaily by one person. Of course, if you have the room on a home counter.
