Metal carport storage building 35 ft wide 50 long 10 hi
We are selling half of the building pictured which means it would be 35 feet wide by 50 feet long. In the picture before we took it down it was 100 feet long. Again we are selling it as 50 feet long for the price advertised. So we have decided to sell half since it is so long. It is easy to put up on your property by just screwing the metal panels int prefabbed ribs. The panels are in great condition. The building is 10 years old but has not been beaten up and is a 8 out of 10 I would say. Afterall we are keeping half for ourselves. The panels come off with screws and bolts and are about 25 feet long. This type of building is seen all over the place used for garages etc but this particular one is made very durable and is 35 feet wide not 18 or 20 feet wide. One could easily split the 50 feet into smaller units. The height is 10 feet which will accommodate most vehicles and store many items. This building costs today about $6.50 sq foot plus many add-ons that you are expected to pay when ordering new. We are selling it at half the price of $3.25 sq foot or $4875. Now that it is taken down it fits compactly on a trailer and can be transported to you easily by freight. Thank
