Reeves pheasant hatching eggs one dozen shipping now
The Reeves is a relatively rare breed of pheasant that is known for the incredably long tail on the rooster. Two year and older birds can attain tail lengths of 6 feet!
Our Reeves have been selected for the standard for the breed. Note the nice, pure white heads on the rooster in the photo. We add stock each year to keep inbreeding to a minimum. This year, most of the hens in our five breeding pens are two years old.
We currently have eggs from these birds in our own incubators and candling has proven excellent fertility.
