MKS Type 146C and 146B Cluster Gauge
Each is in fine working/functioning/operating condition and were interchangable
for the Optical disc process they were removed from.
Also included are (2) each MKS Instruction manuals
Also included are (4) each Convectron gauges
Also included are (2) each Edwards Barocel Pressure Sensors
These are rated for 100 mTorr with .5 OD connections
Also included are (2) ea Cold Cathode HPS Gauges (HPS is a division of MKS)
All sensors and gauges are used.
History: These units were installed (with one spare) on a pair of OPTILINE Trace optical disc dual lines and were used to verify pump level and meter argon for the plasma sputtering of aluminum.
I worked on the equipment as an Engineer for 7 years until I purchased the equipment with expectations to use the High Vacuum equipment to make a Titanium Oxide Nitride sputter coating for solar heat absorption panels. Between that time I changed jobs and lost interest in the prospect. The Equipment has been sitting in my care ever since. I am now adding on to my house and am being told by my wife and that little voice within my self maybe I need to part with it now. LOL!
