MDL Dental Casting Inlay Wax. It is the softest and most popular blend for its carvability in our line. It allows for easy cutback for procelain. Melting Point is 134 dg F or 56 dg C.
MDL Casting Waxes feature a unique blend of natural and synthetic waxes, assuring complete burnout with out residue. Extemely low contraction provides for less shrinkage and better fitting wax patterns. Its high degree of viscosity accelerates the wax build-up. It is easy to carve and does not crumble or chip during scraping, drilling or milling. Its toughness makes it very suitable for long span bridges. MDL Dental waxes have been out-performing its competition for the last 30 years!
Please NOTE: This item being featured and offered is a custom blend. It is much darker green than our standard 40/40 Green. Its color is unique as it is almost the darkest green available. The picture represents its darkness. However once applied it will be lighter in color.
This formulation is a 40/40 Dark Forest Green.
