General Slicing Food Processor, Integral dual food pushers, all metal construction. The only processor offering adjustable "10 in 1" slicing discs, dual "2 in 1" cubing grids and a 1 HP drive system. Aplication: Desiged to produce quality cuts and provide quick, easy processing of fruits, vegetables and cheeses for restaurants, cafeterias and catering applications. Design and Construction: Stainless Steel housing, cast and polished aluminum feed hopper and food pusher. Removable rotary food ejector. Desig Features: Inclined feeding, cutting and ejection of food which falls directly into reciving tray without the need for a deflector. Swing-away, removable feed hopper and food pusher.
