Signature Server Classic REFRIGERATED STANDARD Cold Pan, 27" high, 74" long, 28" wide, modular, enclosed base, with stainless steel 19 7/8" x 63" x 8" deep top well, 5-pan size, NSF & UL listed
* Vollrath Cold Food Station is constructed of 18-gauge carbon steel clad with black vinyl, or optional laminate finish (all-stainless construction also available). All exposed stainless steel is type 304 polished with #4 finish or equal. Unit is mounted on heavy-duty, semi-hidden 4" diameter ball bearing swivel-type casters with non-marking treads. All casters come complete with locking plate brakes. Tops are attached with threaded studs to underside of top. Refrigerated units have coils attached to exterior sidewalls of well, with 1/4" HP compressor mounted below body. Furnished with 3-wire NEMA 5-15P, 3-prong grounded plug. Inner body of refrigerated and non-refrigerated units is fully insulated with thick foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Available as 120V, 1 Phase AC only. Non-refrigerated model certified under NSF2.
