I am offering a brand new Spirobank spirometer with software from Medical International Research. The Spirobank is a great way to get started with spirometry, and it is reimbursable under CPT code 94010. Assuming average Reimbursement of $30, this spirometer will pay for itself with 16.5 tests. The Spirobank performs an FVC test and measures the following parameters: FVC, FEV1, FEV6, FEV1/FEVC%, PEF, FEF 25-75%, ELA (Estimated Lung Age). It also features basic FVC test interpretation and features Knudsen and ATS predicted sets, amoung others.
The Spirometry test is transferred via a USB cable to your PC for printout and storage using Winspiro Express Software. To transfer the results you simply type in the patient's name in the WinspiroExpress Software, plug in the spirometer, and you can transfer the test data. The 3 best Spirometry test results with Flow Volume Loop and Volume/Time curve can be printed in a PDF format. Each report is automatically saved compete with patient name and personal data. The Spirobank's internal software is also upgradable.
