MC12079 2.8GHZ+ ÷64/128/256 prescaler divider (qty:3)
This 3pc-lot prescalers from Motorola help Phase Lock Loop (PLL) design by providing a dividing function to the rf signal. Although it was specified at 2.8GHz, I use this at 3GHz+ (I don't guarantee though!) with selectable 64, 128 or 256 ratios by pin 3 & 6. For divide-by-2 prescaler, please check my other upb1508.
Check its operating frequency range from below graph!

* Low Power 9mA Typical at VCC = 5.0 V
* Operating Temperature Range of 40 to 85 C
