This torch is brand new in the box and comes with Smith's Lifetime Warranty which covers leaking or inoperative valves, solder joints, but doesn't cover user neglect. If you drive over it with a fork truck don't expect Smith to replace or repair it. It IS the industries best warranty and Smith is great to deal with.
Another plus... They're MADE IN THE USA! In the great state of South Dakota.
