Used manually currently, was originally setup and includes panels for automation avaiable from Sonicor Instrument Corp
Used in full production Optical Coating facility
Very clean unit - ready for use, recently upgraded to larger system for capacity
All tanks - 12GA 316 SS, with SS lift off covers
System requires 230V 3Ph 50/60Hz 36 Amp, Single Water line input, Clean Dry Air (optional)
Can be used for DeIonized or City Water setup. Has ALWAYS been used for DI Water in current setup.

Always been used for cleaning Optical Components of light contamination levels. Mild detergent in use.
Has been used to precision clean Glass, Plastic and Metal Optical components.
Limited repairs in life of unit, full system documentation available, some spares also come with unit. (no spare tanks).
