Kontes Short Path Distillation Head
14/20; 10/18 Thermometer Joint
A top-quality Kontes short path distillation head. The piece is either unused or in like-new condition. The supplier could not guarantee that this was new, however there are no signs of use. Also, any small streak or spot seen in the photo is from the camera flash.
Features a 10/18 thermometer joint at the top, with the two inner joints in 14/20. Extended drip-tip (~13mm extension). The condenser jacket and vacuum outlet are close together, allowing for a very short condensate travel path. Then, if a thermometer has been put in place, it can act as column packing.
