It is important that you indicate at least a first and second color or style choice where applicable. If you only indicate one choice, your order will be held up while we email you for a second choice.
Items can be sent by first class mail up to 13 ounces. Anything heavier must go by parcel post or Priority mail. We give you a choice so that you can determine how fast you want to receive your order. In general, parcel post is not cheaper than Priority for packages weighing less than 3 pounds, and get there a lot faster.
* If the package appears to be damaged, photograph it before opening it.
* If the item is damaged, photograph it from all angles, getting as much detail as possible.
